Hi! My name is Chance and I am certified, home based lash tech in Rohnert Park, CA and I specialize in natural and wispy eyelash extensions. Thank you for your interest in booking, I can’t wait to meet you! Please read all the policies and information below before booking your appointment. - Please come with clean lashes and remove contacts. - I do not do foreign fills. If you have lashes from a previous lash tech, please select a REMOVAL service in addition to your desired set. - No extra guests at your appointment. - Please let me know when you have arrived and I will let you know when I am ready for you. I may be finishing up with another client, cleaning up, or on a break! DEPOSIT $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book. This will go towards your service. Remaining balance will be due after service is complete. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re-book. NO SHOW POLICY No call no shows will charged for 100% of the service missed and a new deposit in order to re-book. LATE POLICY I offer a 10-minute grace period. Over 10-minutes late will result in a $10 fee IF I can still take you. If I am not, your appointment will be CANCELLED. AFTER-HOURS After hours appointments may be available if you would like to book an appointment outside of my regular hours/availability. $20 fee for after hours appointments. PAYMENT Remainder of balance will be due once service is complete. CASH IS PREFERRED Venmo and Apple Pay will be accepted with a $2 convenience fee.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required to rebook. This fee does not apply as a deposit/credit towards your next service.
Excessive cancellations or reschedules may require full payment to be made in advance.
